The objectives of our ISU MAES chapter is to, Promote the advancement of minority engineers and scientists in employment and education. To improve the retention of minority students enrolled in engineering and science. Lastly, to promote professional as well as academic advancment for minority engineers and scientists by fostering cooperation among industry, government, and the academic and professional communities to improve educational and employment oppurtunities.
