The HDFS Club is a student run organization that reaches out to community members through a variety of activities by offering educational, economic, and instrumental support through fund raisers, volunteering, child and elder care, as well as personal interactions. The following are just a few of the HDFS Club's community partners: Beloit Lutheran Children's home, ACCESS, Habitat for Humanity, various retirement centers and homeless shelters, Bethel Mission Shelter, YMCA, ChildServe, as well as a host of other organizations. You do not have to be a HDFS major to join!
Meetings for Fall 09 will be on Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. in Palmer 331 on October 1, October 19, November 19, and December 10.
