The purposes of the organization are as follows:
1. To integrate students and young professionals into concrete building practices.
2. To benefit the membership of the Organization by providing an exchange of ideas, a common meeting ground for understanding, cooperation and education opportunity to keep abreast of development in concrete design and construction.
3. To promote interaction with professionals within the concrete industry and other concrete organizations.
4. To undertake such programs and activities as may be proper to promote and enhance educational development
